Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via FedEx unless otherwise instructed. To ensure the stability of our products during transit, we reserve the right to ship certain items on dry ice. This may increase the shipping cost.

Warranty:

We guarantee that materials are of the stated quality at the time of sale. We do not take responsibility for the use and handling of the product and any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damage resulting therefrom. Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying the identity of chemical composition and technical data referenced on each catalog item, whether online or in print.

Return Policy:

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service department (peptidos@hotmail.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Specific return shipping instructions will also be provided. For any products ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any radioactive products, custom-made products, or temperature-sensitive assay kits. Any modification to protocols do not qualify for refunds, discounts or replacements.
